I am looking for a couple of people who are looking for a quiet place which is located on the eastside, just off Lomaland and Trawood. I am a nursing student in my last year of school. The house comes with a washer and dryer, full kitchen privileges; and if you choose the master bedroom, it's own bathroom, bed, dresser and bedside tables. The other room is not furnished, so if you have your own furniture, this would be perfect for you. The rest of the house is already furnished. I am asking for $250 (if you want the master bedroom), $200 for the other room (the bathroom is just down the hall) and a fully refundable $150 deposit. We would split up the utilities (electric, gas and phone), except water, which I will pay fully. There isn't cable hooked up, but if you want it, you can get it.
